As part of Dundee City Council’s new ‘Creative Concierge’ initiative, which encourages frontline staff in local businesses to promote each other’s venues, attractions and facilities across Dundee, Central Library is hosting a special session on Tuesday 12 November, entitled ‘Researching Your Dundee Ancestors’.
Led by Erin Farley, Library Information Officer, the session will give this invited ‘Creative Concierge’ group the opportunity to take a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look at collections and archives in the Library’s Local History Department, so that they can promote the Department to locals and visitors who may want to do a bit of family research while staying in the City.
